I recently used Thomas Cook - South Kensington to fly from London Heathrow to New Zealnd return and I would not advise you to use this particular branch of Thamas Cook. Firstly I was sent to the incorrect terminal when flying out (my itinerary stated terminal 5 but was actually terminal 3) and had to get a taxi between the to as the trains were down. Secondly I requested a special meal and TC confirmed this but it wasn't fed through to the airline and I got stuck with seafood (missed out on first choice) which I'm highly allergic to.
Lastly when ringing to confirm my flight flying back the airline had no record of the booking and looked like I wasn't booked on, after some time on the phone I finally managed to get hold of Thomas Cook and they sorted the flight. These problems above caused me alot of stress on what should have been a relaxing holiday. When I called Darryn at the branch he could not offer any compensation or sympthay for these stressful experiences - I would not recemmend them at all.
