Saudi Arabian Airlines

very poor communications from Saudia office here in London and in Jeddah.
trying to get in touch with the airline to sort out a problem before my flight in October.
None of the phone number given on the website is right. Tried the other numbers offered without success.

Sorry I don't know what to say ...
Customer service and what's up service are very poor.
I got full refund for involuntary cancellation but its took more than three months to get full amount
and they charged me for involuntary cancellation with wrong fees for three different amount .
They also charged me for first time flight date change.
I asked compensation for harassing me a lot but haven't received response yet...

Very disappointing...

I had a booked a flight to Jeddah on the 26th of September and on Saudi Air. I arrived at the airport anticipating my COVID 19 test to be mailed to me as this is a prerequisite to travel. Unfortunately this not happen and I had to book another flight. I was given the contact number of Mr. Saeed Nazimi by the Saudi Air staff in LHR and he was able to book me on another flight on the 28th. The service he extended was first class.

I'm a frequent traveler between London and Jeddah and he dealt with my problem in the most professional manner and the service extended to me and my family was exemplary. This is a lesson to other airlines during this difficult time. I would recommend Saudi Air.

After a dreadful communication issues with saudia Airline offices in jeddah,finally got through to a staff member at the office in London.
It was dealt by Saeed Nazimi in the most professional manner a person can think of.. A TRUE GENTLEMAN and an ASSET to SAUDIA AIRLINES. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ++++++

i would just like 2 say that saudi airlines in london were very friendly and helpful and helped me in all way possble to make my travel arrangements in october 09 over the phone. i would once again use this airline for further travel.thank you saudi airline in victoria street london.keep up the nice new image

in my experience with saudi airlines in london on oct 09 i must admit i was suprised how helpful they were.all my problems with making a resevation were solved.i truley am grateful for all their help

I think the phone system has improved abit.They picked up the phone may be after 15 minutes.
