Milfa Travel

STAY AWAY I booked my umrah tickets for the whole family 21 off us but dew to covid-19 it was cancelled .for the last 2 years they have held our money hostage and refused to pay us . Milfa travel also known as East London travel have now decided to charge me a admin fee off £1700 for doing absolutely nothing even though they claimed money from the government for their losses dew to covid-19. They are thieves they are taking my umrah money may Allah swt deal with them and there family accordingly

Milfa is the best travel agent from my point of view,their customer service is to best of my knowledge.Mr Jahangir Alam is the best sales person.we had many issues with our umrah package but thanks to Allah and help of milfa travels and mr Jahangir alam it went all really well at the end. I will recommend this travel agent at all times

This travel agent provides a very poor service. They will sell you return tickets even when a return flight for the date you want does not exist & than give you excuses after excuses. They are quick to take your money than leave you stranded abroad. They do not provide the service you pay for, all they are interested in is grabbing your money. Avoid this agent at all costs.

we booked a 4week 5*religious holiday package with many extras and flight from Heatrow and after depositing our passports and confirming are booking and depositing 6000 pounds they changed all our travel plans.We have been given every excuse in the book and now we have been given a 3week package with no extras and flight from Gatwick!Do NOT Do Any Business HERE YOU WILL BE VERY SHOCKED at their lack of service.we have been offered no compensation nor any refund.its very disappointing there is no ombondsman to regulate travel agents.we have acquired not only monetry loss but absolute distrust in this agency and agencies operating with bad business ethics.
