Purchased a ticket, from the Haven Green office of Gosia Travel, for travel between Ealing Broadway and Stanstead Airport.
The bus didn't turn up, although the Luton bus service came twice and when I told this driver of my predicament he replied that it wasn't his problem.
Despite numerous phone call and letters I am still waiting for the refund, from either Gosia or Orbis, the bus company, two months later.
Appalling service from both companies!
