Expert Travel

I was recommended to Expert Travel by my sister who is a loyal customer for business and personal travel. I had already researched the holiday I was planning to take with my family, but after speaking to Expert Travel they suggested a better planned itinerary and were able to offer superior hotels at a similar price.

We had to change the holiday last minute and they were very accommodating and helpful in doing so, calling us after office hours and speaking directly to the hotel so we could recover the cancellation fee they wanted to charge.

I would definitely be using them again.

I asked for travel documents electronically and got shoddily scanned versions of paper documents. The documents were either missing or wrong in several cases. It took a week to get them corrected. The receipt similarly was wrong and had to be chased. Itemisation could not be provided. They need to check documentation before sending it out and move into the digital era

The Travel operator Stephanie did happen to be very brash which does come across as rude. I think she is just very busy. They certainly don't like someone who wants to work with a budget...they do come round if your patient, sweet on the phone and speak with a soft voice....they are obviously very stressed and very busy.....not bad for a recession eh!

The staff clearly know their business but can come across rude and very unfriendly Dont hold your breath for them to call back when they say they will - they often cant be bothered especially if you happen to be on a budget.
