I have been waiting for over 5 hours to speak to customer service. THE COMPANY HUNG UP ON ME TWICE This has been the most unprofessional company and not only have they not responded neither did their so call on line chat...absolutely DISGUSTING.

This company literally stole my money. with mo way of contacting them because they did not send any confirmation email or reference for my booking. Now stock in limbo and I have to 15p min to speak to them. Thomas cook is ridiculous do not trust them

Althought the site is very busy I found the staff to be very good and helpful.
Marie who dealt with me could not have been more helpful.Overall the whole staff try to help as much as possible

site is overwhelmingly busy - can I find something simple like opening hours? Not a hope! Never normally bother with reviews but I just can't be bothered with finding my way through this appalling mess
