Jane and I have used Abbotts since about 2013. We have travelled to Mallorca, Singapore, Australia, NZ, HK, Cuba, Canada, South Africa, California and next year to India, Thailand, Vietnam and Dubai. The trips are usually for 4 weeks and involve driving. I am in a wheelchair and require adapted rooms in the hotel. Every detail is covered and each time the Abbotts team come up trumps. I have now used Abbotts Travel for 3 holidays and every time their service has been excellent. They are very efficient and friendly, but also have an excellent knowledge of destinations to the extent that I took a holiday to Corsica on their recommendation and fully enjoyed it. I will definitely be using Abbotts Travel in future rather than risking booking myself on the internet.

I booked by holiday last year with Abbots Travel in Southwoodford. they listened to what my requirements were and took time to discuss each accomodation and destination with me. I am planning to go away again this year with my children and will be using them again.
they answered all of my questions and if they couldn't they found out for me and then informed me.
