A travel agent of POOR quality.
I booked a international flight for early May and it was cancelled due to COVID-19. They promised me 6-9weeks for the refund to be processed.
I emailed them for months since June and still yet to receive a proper response on my refund. It’s nearly 5months now and nothing has changed. They even charged me a administration fee due to the cancellation of my flight.
Poor customer service and I will definitely avoid this agent in the future.

I popped into the shop in wembley and spoke to a lady called Valerie, she found a great deal to Las Vegas at the Luxor hotel.

got a good deal on a flight to australia, tickets came through the next day, confirmed with singapore airlines that I had the seat, no problems, decent company, no scams

I booked a flight for a relative who had no credit card. He is a student who needed to return to college in Chicago. His web search for flights unfortunately led him to travelpack. We booked and paid for a flight and received a “Completed booking confirmation” email, with all flight details and Ticket refs etc. Several hours later I received a very poorly worded and suspicious looking email requesting further credit card details as the credit card company would not complete the transaction. I immediately contacted Visa who informed me that the card transaction had been completed. I assumed it was a scam email. I then received another dodgy looking email informing me that the booking had been cancelled and my money would be refunded in 5 to 6 Days. We contacted TravelPack to see what was happening. A very unhelpful operator tried to sell us the same flight for twice the original price. It appears Travelpack do not accept third party payments dispite having already accepted my payment. Its far to late to point out this rule after accepting the payment and confirming the booking. To add to this litany of problems I have had to contact Visa to arrange a charge back to my credit card as, not surprisingly Travelpack have not refunded my money after 22 Days. They nothing more than an internet scam. I am urging my relative to take legal action for compensation in this matter . AVOID TRAVELPACK
