Scamming agency- DO NOT USE. They refuse to refund the money for a cancelled flight inspite of airlines saying they have refunded more than a month ago. We have also found out that they lie in their website about being register with ABTA for dispute resolution. This agency SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO OPERATE!!! AVOID at all cost! No point in contacting the customer service either!

I always use Southall Travel and found it easy to plan a trip as I can pay in instalments. Their prices are quite affordable compared to other companies. I always recommend my friends to them and they've also agreed with my views. I now always book my seats with Southall Travel and will continue to do so in the future.

I have booked with Southall Travel on a couple of occasions and have always found them to be fairly good. They offer relatively cheap airfares and their services are fairly satisfying. I am quite happy to have used their services in the past and plan to use them for all my upcoming trips.

Nice Deals to say the least. Looked up a promo at twitter, clicked them up. Got a deal which just made my day. The booking agent was nice and was helpful to look up the cheapest available prices for me and was came up with a nice deal in absolutely no time at all.

Got one of the best deals from Southall Travel through their Facebook page. I was just browsing through internet looking for travel packages, came across the deal at Facebook and booked it immediately.
The deal was almost half the price, not sure if that was a Facebook special but I got it cheap.

southall were prompt in helping us with issues that we faced due to the hotel's complacency & refusal to switch our room. when southall intervened our rooms were quickly changed to far better one. wouldnt have had a great stay without their help. we like their after sale service and recommend them

found great value for money and good quality service with southall. tehy offered great choice for flight and hotel for our dubai holiday. booked special offer - pay 6 stay 7. staff is nice who pays attention to your needs and matches them well. I have been trying to organise my honeymoon trip for such a long time, so many searches, plans made and dropped due to deals being offered not available etc. I would certainly say that I am extremely happy that my trip is finally confirmed; as per the service I would recommend Southall Travel.

we hadnt applied for ESTA (family of 4)despite an early advice from the agent, and would have ruined our first holiday to the US if it hadnt been for Southal travel agent who called to check if everything was in place & reminded us. not many travel agencies care for their customers in such a way.
