My husband and I have been renting from film night clapham for over 2 years and didnt have a problem before however the one time we had a problem with them the staff were very unhelpful and were not willing to resolve the situation.
Very disappointed with them and feel rather let down. I wasn't listened to nor was I compensated for the problem that was in no way my fault.
Not sure if we'll use them again.

service ok. no library of the old dance classics if anyones trying to look. collection is basic.
