I have been using this shop for over 15 years and have been treated like family. Since Arif left the management behaviour has dramatically changed. I bought a product which was the wrong product and said the next time I pass by the shop could I swap it and they said I could so I picked up the alternative item and told them I would put the other one back in later on in the day. They said that’s not possible I’d have to pay for it, I find that very distrusting since I’ve even done so many cash-and-carries for them for nothing over 30 on 7 years as a favour.
