£19.95 membership you can't go wrong, staff are great there, very friendly and very helpful. some people do complain about the gym and staffing but personally i had no problems with anything. tbh what do you expect to get for £19.95. if you have a problem with Balaam leisure centre, stop being cheap and go to a 5* place.

Very dirty environment. Really hot inside the gym.. not of the aircon works. Receptionists are not helpful.. mens toilets stay always dirty. With 19.98 p/m expectation is little bit more :(

Balaam leisure centre is a very clean, big, fun, and is never too full of people so theres always more than enough personal space.ts great for familys as there are different programmes available and i personally love the wet 'n' wild one which is for the main and teaching pool.
One thing that i would want to be improved is the fact that your only aloud 2 kids per adult and if you've got a big family thats a problem if your kids cant swim.So i think kids over 11 should be able to swim by themselves without needing an extra adult (eg.1 adult,3 kids-non swimmers though one is over 12-u cant s
