Not disabled-friendly.
If you have a disabilty/mobility problems and need advice you are a 2nd-class citizen as far as this CAB is concerned.
Have been there twice this year in need of advice, and twice have been left far from happy.
Have had an arthritic condition for 40 years, use a stick, have problems standing for even a short time.
No seats in tiny reception area, you ring bell for assistance, person is then gone for ages. I ended up having to sit on the floor I was in so much agony.
If you want face-to-face, you are expected to stand in a queue outside before they open, I can't do

I received only the most helpful advice and assistance. As a result I am now in a place where I am comfortable and secure.
I applaud the team who supported me and will be forever thankful.
