I have tried many places round the City prior to finding this little haven years ago now, and I would never go anywhere else now, Hina is Brilliant. Fantastic for waxing & threading as well as tanning too. great location inside station and staff are wonderful , Friendly & Polite . Highly recommended

Really good value for the City ; Top girl is the new Manager , always so Friendky and helpful. Go here for my tanning courses , and also both back waxing and eye brow threading too, very experienced therapists all of them look after me well.

LOVE the new store Manager here , she always makes my visits so Wecoming & pleasant , brings a smile to my face if I ve had a hectic day in the office. Also the Therapists are extremely experienced so Super efficient & professional which is just what I need for my Waxing & Threading , when I m in a hurry to get back to office after lunch or back home after work. Hot wax for my Brazilians or Hollywoods is so so much more comfortable & better experience than where I used to go previously. Is Also good value for the City, I think my tanning course was Only £34 , & they change Lamps regularly too!

Very Friendky store manager and staff ; highly experienced and efficient therapists which is a Must for me on my Waxing and Threading so I m very chuft with the service and it's such a convenient location for me actually inside the station. The staff here are very pleasant and friendly ; nothing is too much trouble ! been going here for my Tanning for years and they always do me a good deal on a tanning course ; and also been going here for my back & shoulder Waxing for few years as therapists are lovely & very fast / experienced so have always looked after me and treated me well. More recently I tried their eyebrow threading and Teeth Whitening service ; Wow ! What a great result ! I m happy ; and don't hesitate recommending this place to friends and work colleagues

EXCELLENT , Very accommodating fitting me in as walk in appt for my Threading/ HD brows; all the Therapists here are Friendly and Extremely Experienced & Efficient, especially the Hot waxing Brazilian/Hollywood bikinis, I always go here as I m so pleased with service /therapists and such Good Value for the City too, I would nt go anywhere else now for my intimate Waxing !. all New lamps ; Excellent. so convenient for me inside the station as I work in city & sometimes up here on the weekend too; always seems to be open - early in morning , late at night when I get train home , even on a Sunday afternoon ! .. just bought a tanning course for £34.99,which I find incredibly good value . Staff are always so Friendly, with a helpful manner and nice sunny smile !

Great tanning salon, always do me good deal on tanning course, and regularly change their lamps, so I have really good tan that I m happy with, very conveniently located for myself inside Liverpool st station as that's where I get on/off the tube. I go here for my waxing too, therapists are really efficient , professional and friendly , always Look after me for my back wax; and I find the prices on both tanning & waxing really good value for the City.

FAB Walk in service ; I popped into this salon inside Liverpool st station (upstairs behind M&S) on my way through to Stanstead airport on the train; the staff were really helpful, friendly and professional, plus the place was spotlessly clean, so so convenient for me being located within the train station- 2 min walk from my platform; and I had a pre-holiday tan, leg& bikini wax ,eyebrow threading & shellac manicure ! - all under the same roof, was VERY Happy so 10/10 from me !

Busy salon for tanning as seems so popular; but staff are really friendly and nothing seems too much trouble whenever I m served, and they always do me a really good deal on my tanning course. I also go here for all my waxing and threading/ eye brows, as its a really quick and efficient service, which suits me perfectly as I always pop out quickly from work; the waxing is really good value for money especially in the City I ve found.

HAPPY indeed with everything at this salon, staff really welcoming and professional , tanning beds are great and offers really convenient walk-in service which is very convenient for me inside Liverpool st station, go here for my threading and brow/lash tint and I m always complimented how smart my brows look. and more recently started IPL sessions, for laser hair removal, and am really so pleased with results , price and friendly/ professional service.

EXCELLENT Salon, Lovely staff who keep the place spotlessly Clean & so friendly service. I go here for my tanning , both uv tanning & occasional spray tan. ALWAYS Happy with the results. the waxing is EXCELLENT too, and very good value for the City, which is important to me as being located inside Liverpool st station is really convenient for my workplace in the City. 10/ 10 from me every time !

FABULOUS ! Really great service - I ve been to the tanning & waxing salon next to M&S inside Liverpool st station a lot over past 12 months or so, as its really convenient from my workplace in the City. I went on the tanning beds to build up a base tan before I went on holiday, and was really pleased with the results - ALL new lamps ! The staff are extremely friendly & helpful, most professional; and I ve always found the salon spotlessly clean. More recently I ve been going for my waxing (back & chest) and some other male grooming (eyebrow threading) and I have to say I m 100% Happy. Andy

I ve been on the sunbeds here quite a lot over last 3 or 4 years;& every time got a cracking tan. for me the location is next-to-none ;really conveniently located within Liverpool st station-so less than a minute for me to hop on or off my train, or the tube.I ve always found the staff really helpful & friendly,& the place spotlessly cleaned. for the 1st time ever I had a back wax, before I went on holiday back in 2010, & Shelley looked after me so well-kind & professional,I would never go anywhere else for a back or chest wax again- the therapists are great,I could nt recommend highly enough

I went there to build up a base tan before my holiday, and the staff could nt be more helpful or friendly and the location more convenient for myself before hopping on train back home. I had a brazilian hot wax before leaving for my holiday too, which is probably the best & most painless wax I ve ever had by far. I went here for a bikini wax and its the worst experience I have ever had. The lady was rushing and spent a maximum of 5 minutes on me for £35! I left literally 'stuck together' with wax and with burns from where the wax was too hot. I would not recommend this establishment and wouldn't want anyone else to experience this!

I went to this salon for an eyebrow shape having heard some positive stories. What a terrible mistake! My eyebrows look uneven, way too thin for any face, let alone mine that is round. I was growing my brows for six months just to end up with thread thin awful looking brows. Will never ever be back

I just moved to the area and needed a tanning salon, I'd had a good experience with the same chain in London Bridge so I bought a long course of stand-up tanning minutes at the Liverpool St station branch expecting the same level of service. What a mistake. My two main problems with this branch are:
1. Staff. They really couldn't care less. They would have to try very hard to give a worse service to customers. Facebook, their phones and chatting with each other seem much more important than their customers who are frankly an annoyance to them. It would usually take them a good 10-15 seconds to look up from their phones when I walked in and stood at the front desk less than a foot away from them. Several times the front desk was unmanned while one staff member was giving another some kind of beauty treatment in one of the side rooms.
2. Tanning booths. There are about 8 or 9 and I think I used all of them at some stage. They all have dead bulbs, some had as many as six (out of 24). I can forgive one or two dead bulbs if it happened occasionally and was fixed promptly (never the case). I would always tell the staff if the bulbs were dead and to their credit they would sometimes offer to add back a few minutes to my account (although when I went back subsequently they hadn't once added any minuted back). A more cynical person would suggest they actively 'forgot' to refund the minutes in the hope that the customer would forget by the time they returned. In reality I suspect the staff are simply too lazy to bother.
If you need a tanning salon near Liverpool Street I would suggest looking elsewhere.

I had my legs waxed there. The beautician was not friendly as she was rushing to do the job and spent 2 or 3 minutes on each legs. I paid £25 for that!! I will not be going back either it's too expensive for the service you get. Also the place is like an oven in the summer.

I had a dreadful eyelash tint here and will not be going back. I have to be fair to the place and say that I've had ok ones here before but its been going downhill for a while - probably depends on who you get. I was kept waiting, barely spoken to, had the tint left on far too long, had a lot of stinging and discomfort - and no-one came to check on me as they were doubling up as receptionists. They should stop overbooking appointments and underbooking staff - having a beauty treatment is supposed to make you feel good, not stressed and uncomfortable.
