Tantalize Suntan & Waxing Studio

I have already apologised to this client for how they say their last visit left them feeling, but I just wanted to explain to any other potential clients what happened. The client came to have a sunbed session without previously booking and wanted a specific sunbed, however, there was already a booking on this sunbed in less than 20 minutes time. My member of staff explained this to the client, suggesting an alternative sunbed to avoid rushing their session, but the client was insistent on using this particular bed, despite the tight slot. My staff member informed the client that they would need to undress/dress/vacate the room very quickly, which they agreed to (it was not brought to our attention that the client had any kind of disability, otherwise we would not have allowed the use of this sunbed until there was a longer space to accommodate the client without rushing them). The client then complained when they were told the sunbed was being switched on, wanting extra time to apply a cream! There is only so much we can do in these situations. The client said they were happy to be squeezed in, against our advice to use a different sunbed, then was unhappy when rushed because the next client had arrived. This is an isolated incident and we take any kind of disability very seriously, as well as being as informative as possible to all our clients, to allow total customer satisfaction when using our salon.

We sincerely apologise for this incident... the regular staff at Tantalize are well trained and very helpful, but due to holiday cover, we had temporary help who unfortunately let us down with service & won't be returning to work here. Please do try us again, pop in and pick up a price list and ask to look around and I'm sure you will be satisfied this time. We have been trading for 20 years with the high majority of clients being regulars who have been happily using the salon for many years.
