If you expect decent customer service you will be disappointed. Receptionists basically make you feel as if they are serving some prison sentence there, either have no manners or are deaf this way or another you will hardly get what you want: you will ask for gel nails they will do acrylic, they will say you will get a standing bed and you get a lay down... beds are hardly ever clean, even though it is close to where I live I decided not go there anymore especially that prices are not competitive at all taking into consideration that the place itself is located in a filthy area of the Chrisp Street Market...
