VERY DISAPPOINTING visit to venture wandsworth. Photo shoot OK.
Poor customer relations..need to be considerate especially with parents with babies.
Parents beware! Expected a more family friendly approach.
Photo shoot was OK..photographer was friendly..
Unfortunatley we wont know the result as my wife was turned away by staff on the day we were supposed to pick photos after the shoot. Reason being, that I had to be presnt as well- I was called away on a lastminute emergency.
Staff unreasonable, must realise how difficult it is to move around london with a 3 month old girl. My wife was turned away and without seeing photos which broke her heart... despite me calling in and saying I was happy with wife's choices.
VERY DISSAPOINTING way to deal with customers, particulary parents with babies!
