I would highly recommend this salon

The staff are friendly and professional. I have been to several different salons in London to have leg waxes - Brazilians and this is by far the best. It is also excellent value for money. Very happy customer for the last 2 years.

In need of updating and cleaner towels and areas. Though eager to please lacks up to date hair dressing techniques and general disarray apparent.

OK for a drop in and negotiate on price as they charge as though they are a top salon.

The beauty area had staff eating their meals on it and it smelt the salon out. There were children hanging out and just sitting waiting around which was strange.

They need to tidy up their act and they would be good.

I have had several full leg waxes. The staff are very professional and put you at ease. Would not go anywhere else. In addition it great value for money.

I've been a customer of this saloon since March and went from hair treatments to massage with random pedicure and manicure for ad hoc occations: I must say I have been always pleased by results. Amazing are the results I'm having from only few sessions of deep tissue massage with Carla: she's highly professional, skilled and always willing to advice on any concerns about your weight/beauty/apperance you might have. I will recommend having massages with her to all who want to see their legs shrinking and get rid of excessive water retention. She does the magic. Super nice staff overall! Tha

I have been a customer for many years and i always receive a good service i would recomend this Salon as the prices are very good , i have try other expensive Salons and to be honest Vogue is the best as is value for money.

I've been a longstanding customer of vogue. Had numerous waxing treatments done (full leg, bikini, Brazilian, facials) and they are very thorough which is what I value most.

Only improvement I would suggest Is staff retention as the beauty therapists do change quite a lot.

Customer service, quality of waxing and time taken on treatment is 100% in my view.

I was optimistic about trying a sunbed there but until I saw it. It is a small room with a standing sunbed with doesn't seem to be cleaned up and the smell is also not nice there. I think they shouldn't let ppl in until they refurbish the 'sunbed space'.And ventilation also isn't working well t

Very busy the day I went but the owner rose made me tea gave me a book and chatted with ease to me while I waited for the stylist maryanne who guided me along as I was unsure of the colour and style. Really pleased with the results and price. Easy going atmosphere and friendly staff best salon.

Last time I went to this salon (which I was using for years before the new owner took over!)I was annoyed to be told that the lady who has been doing my hair for years had left - no one even contacted me to let me know beforehad. So I decided to go ahead with my all over colour with someone else - which wasnt too bad but was slightly patchy and seemed to wash out quite quickly!!! But what really bothered me was the owner who very enthusiastically informed me that I should consider facial fillers and other treatments for my face - now who wants to hear that when they are having their hair done?? Also she proceeded to inform me of the ins and outs of why my usual hairdresser left - did I need to hear that either??? Overall was extremely disappointed and vow that I will NOT BE GOING BACK!! And if I ever consider facial fillers - this is one place I WILL NOT be going - rather pay a professional to do it!!!!

Found this hairdressing salon near Willesden green. Lovely friendly salon. I was going to a party that night and wanted to look my best. Decided to try this new place that stood out. Absolutely fab place, really friendly staff and very reasonable on prices. The owner/manager Rosaleen was a lovely lady and encouraged me to her current deal of sunbed, hair and wax treatment. Overall great value for money and would return.
This is a new business in the area and seems to be doing very well.
Best if you book an appointment to avoid disappointment but if you just call in but they are very accommodating and really do make you feel special. I got an offer on a repeat visit so will be going back. Thanks Rosaleen and the girls.

I popped in for a French manicure and was very happy with the result. I felt very glam at a job interview the following day and the day after that went for a week's holiday. My French manicure was strong enough to see out my holiday! Wow! Very good value for money.

My only suggestion for improvement: get your clients to fish out the payment before the manicure and be sure they know that card payment is not acceptable for a manicure, clients then are not scared of bumping their lovely nails in their purses!

on recently moving to the area,i came upon this friendly busins salon. i had highlites and cut / finish to an excellant standard.plus hollywood and eyelash tint .great athmosphere and excellant value for money love the owner and vibe needless to say im a regular .good luck girls jesse
