waxing was an utter disaster, she struggled to get off the hot wax pulling on my bikini line for over 5 minutes leaving me in excruciating pain. i had booked in for a leg wax but cancelled it due to the sheer pain of the bikini line. I was left with hot wax all over me upon leaving the salon which i then had to pick off myself. My brazilian wax was lob sided and i had to finnish it off at home with my own personal shaver, would never recommend it again as beauticians are under qualified!

Had a haircut here previously, and it was fine (good head massage, good haircut). No complaints here.
However, when I came in for a wax, it was a bit of a disaster. My legs had wax on them after we have finished, the table on which I had to lie down also had wax and looked a bit dirty. So when I got up I had wax on my clothes, which is very hard to get out of clothes. Finally, they charged me more than agreed originally (over email). The beautician suggested hot wax after starting strip wax, without mentioning that it would be an extra charge.

I have just had the most fantastic facial at this salon.
The place has a lovely atmosphere and the staff are great. Even though it was really busy, especially in the hair dressing section, every customer was welcomed personally and treated as though they were the only person in the whole salon.
Definetly worth treating yourself, and it wasn't all that expensive either.
