Plattnum Image

I was recommended to a particular hairdresser at Plattinum Image.An appointment was made for 10am when I arrived for the consultation the shop was closed. I rang the hairdresser on her mobile phone she arrived 20 mins later. It was like I had bothered her. She explained she could only do a consultation as she was busy with personal stuff I explained she should have said when I was making the appt. Had consultation. As I was told she was very good. I took her advice she recommended I get certain products of which I did. When I arrived for my 2nd appt which was for a steam treatment she was more interested in eating her sugar cane so I waited. I had brought the product she had recommended for the treatment. I had a steam treatment and she trim my hair she also blowdry my hair something she said I should not do due to the condition of my hair. She began to twist my hair in small sections which I mentioned to her she is doing more than I expected she implied it was not free. At the same time clients or people she knew kept popping in 2 were clients the rest popped in for a chat. On 2 occasions I was left in the shop as she had to pop out for personal reasons. Her conversation and attitude was not as a professional. My hair did look nice when it was completed, but I went in for a steam and no other additional services. All in all it cost me £70. Would I go back again? No. The reason I gave 3 points 2 points for styling of my hair and 1 points for trim and 0 points for professionalism.
