Better customer service is needed, a solution to highlights not taking properly is not to sort it out next time as i left not looking really any different unfortunately. Also either more staff are needed or just the way the appointments are booked at the wrong times because there was a lot of waiting around while they were trying to do bits of one person then shuffling us around.

I used a voucher today for the second time and was again completely satisfied. The staff are friendly, know what they are doing and take their time to give you even more than you expect. I had a half head of highlights, cut, treatment and blow dry for an extremely low price. Not only that, I left with the offer of a big discount on my next visit and a good discount for recommending a friend. Having been there before, I liked the fact that the standard was just as high as before - consistency is so important.

This salon is very worth visiting and good prices too.

I have been having my hair cut here and my children's for the past couple of years, and I have always been happy with the cut. Eddie and the staff are always very friendly and accommodating, I would definitely recommend them.

I went here for highlights and a cut after purchasing a groupon voucher. The service I received was fantastic. Lovely, clean salon with a relaxed atmosphere and the staff were so lovely! I even received discount off a hair product I purchased. Would highly recommend!
