Shockingly bad haircut.
The lady didn't know how to achieve the style even though it was just a layered long bob & I had a photo. I was unhappy with how the lady had cut it & kept asking for it to be fixed. The owner was aware the lady was just making it worse so text me while I was still sat in the chair, advising me to come back another day & have someone else finish it! I left with very uneven, too short hair with huge chunks out the back rather than smooth layers. I chose to book an emergency appointment elsewhere that night rather than look ridiculous for days or trust the salon again.

Hi,I had my hair cut there a few days ago, and the experience was positive. The stuff is lovely and they were very nice even when I forgot my wow voucher. I had quite radical haircut and it s amazing, I m very happy with it, it s exactly what I wanted :)
