Awful customer service from a member of staff. Just went in for a simple service but staff member was rude and would not sympathetic about customers needs. Call yourself a professional, this place needs to train on giving better service as someone who is not from London it was appalling behaviour. Manager take note, please act on this advice with immediate affect.

My eyebrows were ruined 5 weeks ago by an overzealous and symmetrically challenged threader. I have been terrified to go anywhere since then but with an upcoming wedding and massive bushy brows I went to Nipa and spoke to Venita. She listened and did exactly what I asked (not make them any thinner but give them back some shape and start working toward growing them back to be thicker and even again- a tall order!). They look great- I'm very happy and this is my new go to eyebrow shop.
