Eclipse Hairdressing

I went to the eclipse hair salon in Soho, and was not satisfied at all. My appointment was not recorded and so I was asked to come back in forty minutes, I was then made to wait a further 30 minutes. The wash basins are outdated and therefore very uncomfortable. I was promised a head massage which I did not receive. My gown was ripped. The hairdresser was looking after two other ladies at the same time and therefore continually went between us making us all wait longer. Furthermore, the magazines I was given to read while I was waiting were two years old. As such, I would not recomend this salon.
