Had my hair done, some waxing and a massage.
I was very impressed.
Service was friendly and professional.
My hairdresser was clearly experienced. She did a great job, love my highlights and new funky haircut.
The beautician was equally lovely. Massage was so relaxing and waxing was great and almost completely pain free.
Great value for money. I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended.

This was HORRENDOUS!!!! I had a bikini wax which was done by a beautician who clearly did not know what she was doing. She kept tugging at the wax which in the end was so painful that I had to ask her to stop. I have had this done at other places before and they were fine.
The worst bit was about this degrading and painful experience was the manager's attitude. I had to come home and remove all the wax which had been mixed with talcum powder as the 'beautician' was under the impression this helped remove the wax which was sticking to the hair. The next day I had serious bruising and couldn’t believe I had been stupid enough to pay in the shock of it all.
My outraged sister told me to call back and get a refund. I did this and despite being very nice about it all, I was told I could not have one! I called back again and told him that if I could not have a refund that I would come to his salon and make a scene till I did get my refund... they didn't even finish the job. He told me if I did that, then he would call the police, that he was getting sick of me, and hung up!
DO NOT GO TO THIS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE, they shouldn’t be allowed to run a business. !!!!!!

My friend had recommended Tangles. I was impressed by services I got. I had highlights, a lovely haircut
which the hairdresser suggested. I also had waxing and threading. I was very happy, not painful at all. Very good prices, much cheaper than other places. I would definitely go there again and recommend it to anyone!
