Young Honeys

I booked a spray tan a few days before I was due to go away and when I arrived the woman told me the machine was broken. She hadn't bothered to let me know and tried to say it might be working next week, which was too late. I then asked, while I was there, to have a patch test for some hair dye. I was seated after trying to explain for 5 mins what I wanted and when she washed it off she tipped cold water right down my back. I left the salon with no tan and a cold, wet patch on my top. Also, there's people constantly in and out shouting at each other. Awful place.

Going to Young Honeys was the worst salon experience of my life! They did not honour the treatment that they had promised to give through the voucher that I bought - the facial treatment was terrible - they used old sponges that looked dirty. I was meant to be coming in for a massage, but the therapist just spend five minutes rubbing each side of my neck. The service was terrible, the staff - rude and unprofessional, and it took me a lot of work to even get an appointment. Do not go there! Everything about my experience was awful.

I bought a voucher deal for a facial at this salon. After phoning numerous of times for an appointment with no answer, I ended up emailing. They eventually got back to me and said that I would have to book a time during office hours, as their 5pm onwards appointments were for their regular customers, this was not stated on the voucher. I was looking for a new salon to become a regular at… it WILL NOT be at ‘Young Honeys’ as I gave up even going to the first appointment because they were so rude.
