Unprofessional and cut ypu while doing eyebrows. If u try to complain they ignore you.

I took my daughter here to have ears pierced and it was a disaster. The owner did the piercing, said we are not allowed to take photo and she put my daughter through trauma. She tried to pierce one side and said the ear stud did not release but the piercing gun made a hole in my 2 year olds ear. We said to her it seems as though there is a problem with the piercing gun but the owner said no its fine il do the other ear and try again. She insisted on doing the other ear and assured us the piercing gun is fine. She then came for the other ear and AGAIN the gun pierced a hole and no stud was released. CLEARLY THE PIERCING GUN WAS FAULTY. She still denied it despite seeing blood dripping from my daughters ears. She said theres nothing wrong with the gun. Almost as though she didnt care. I now question is the salon allowed to do piercings? Or are they doing this behind the table.
We told the owner your equipment is faulty and you have put our child through trauma. She said NO! What the hell? UNPROFESSIONAL and ABSOLUTELY CARELESS and STILL IN DENIAL.
Be careful before you visit...even better...DON'T GO THERE!
