I booked an appointment, walked in to find the receptionist adamant that I have not booked, she requested to see my call log to prove I called, and of course I was correct, she didn't even apologise. As I was in the waiting area she came up to me and accused me of arguing with another client, she claims she heard noise meaning that I was arguing with another client sitting next to me.the service is appalling I would never recommend anyone to go there. The receptionist is extremely unprofessional as is the rest of the team. Horrible people and horrible service

I have been a regular for about 9 years and honestly won't let anyone else touch my hair. The service is great and Zoe is a delight. I can not fault her work, she pays attention to detail unlike most hairdressers

My kids arranged for me to have a manicure, paraffin wax hand treatment and pedicure, at the rate charged by one of the voucher companies.
I sat down for my pedicure, and just as it was finishing - 45 mins later, I was asked if I wanted a drink - about time too!. The pedicure was ok - but the foot massage lasted about 2 mins.
, the manicurist started on the manicure. When she picked up the nail varnish I asked her about the wax treatment. she thought I wanted my hairless arms waxed and had forgotten about the hand treatment. My nails are ok, not great.
tried to overcharge . do not bother

I am went to this salon & had highlight and manicure, pedicure and full leg wax. They are very friendly and very nice to me, and good service. I will continue go there always.

I have been going regularly to this salon for wash and blow dry for the past year. Zoe and Shilla both do a very good job and are very pleasant and friendly. Zoe has also done a couple of excellent keratin treatments on my frizzy hair. Very pleased with results and prices are very reasonable. Would highly recommend.

Nice friendly staff, i live locally and go there every week as they offer such a wide variety of treatments, i can use the sunbed, laser, thread my eyebrows and even get a french manicure and glamarous hair style for a party, would definately recommend!

i wax at this salon regularly and find it quick and almost painfree. recently i started laser hair removal and cannot believe how great it is, i have almost finished a course and my bikini line is smooth and hairless. i am ecstatic, so i am blogging it. :)

Stay away is all I can say.
Went there for a Hollywood wax as I had just moved into the area and it seemed to be very handy as very close by.
She was rude, starting ranting at me that she didn't see why I bothered with getting everything waxed(halfway thru!!) and she absolutely ripped me to shreds!
I was still covered in wax afterwards and I was covered in bruises the following day, ingrown hairs like never before and my skin actually started to peel!!!
3 days before I went to go on my first sun holiday with my boyfriend!
Mortified. These "salons" shouldn't be allowed to be in business!!!!!
(PS I've never complained about anywhere before!! I really don't want you ladies making the same mistake I did!!)
