I went to have my hair cut and highlighted yesterday and was not impressed. The stylist kept stopping to answer the phone and deal with visitors. They really need a receptionist who stays at the desk as this isnt very good for new customers.
Also thought I was over charged for her level of work, the cost was nearly as high as Ginger group but they clearly not to the same standard.

Avoid if you want a professional service

Some of my nails have fallen off as the guy rushed my appointment and not impressed as he wanted to charge me to put back on

Found the staff very unprofessional and wont be recommending anyone to go there.

NEGATIVE FEEDBACK - POOR

I recently visited this shop for nails and had them on my feet. The guy didn’t speak very good English and didn’t understand what I wanted. He later cut me using his tools and put some solution on my bleeding toe and continued (very painful) I now have a toe infection and am taking antibiotics, walking is painful

The staff are rude and always making personal calls. There is no receptionist so having your hair cut is a nightmare as they keep stoping to answer phone– I will never visit again.
