I think the shop needs to update its knowledge went in for roots to be bleached and they dyed them yellow and orange then tried to correct it with toner which still left it yellow then the manager said she was going to use ash toner which I told her would make my hair grey and it did gave up after that as I don't think she has any idea how to dye hair she needs to go on a course I've gone from blonde to grey and of course she said she wouldn't charge but now I have to pay for full head highlights to get back my colour and also it hasn't done my hair any favours
