I had a lovely lady called Bridget give me a massage and facial for a groupon voucher I had, and I'd just like to say thank you and how she was so friendly and professional, and really cared about the client, and although it was a groupon she still made the same effort and did the job as if I was paying full price (most salons don't realise this or bother to give good service anymore if they know it's just a voucher) so really appreciate this lovely ladies work. I really don't understand why this salon had bad feedback.... Was bought a massage and facial as a present and thoroughly enjoyed it! The staff were friendly and brought us a class of wine afterwards. I had an issue with a cyst on my back, so was concerned about having the massage, but the therapist knew exactly what she was doing and eased my concerns. I understand this salon has recently been refurbished and rebranded to ID Beauty Salon and the interio certainly does look nice. I would without a doubt go back at some point as had a lovely experience.

Had managed to get 4 groupon vouchers and hoping to have a fun girly day with my girls. But after i made an online booking and reading the note at the end saying "someone will get back within 24 hrs", i found myself waiting for the call until the day of the appointment itself, only to hear that it was fully booked! I told the girl that my voucher was going to expire soon, and was told to come on Saturday and it won't be a problem if it had expired by then. So I called them back the next day to confirm the appointment, only to hear that there's no possible way that I can come in coz it would be expired by then! After much arguing, i decided to contact Groupon itself and make a complain about them, waiting to get a full refund.

After reading all the reviews now, I'm thinking i should have read them way before getting the vouchers! Unreliable, rude staff especially the woman Hydi herself!

Oh come on that 9star review is real! This is the worst salon I have ever been to. Can't get through on phone, she wrote down the wrong time, just seems very disorganised, salon completely empty..not a good sign. My groupon Mani Pedi was done in a less than salubrious basement by staff that were I doubt trained at all. She clipped my nails! Then filed them going both ways....basic teen beauty mag (Jackie!) taught me that's a big no no. Quality of applying nail varnish my ten year old could have done better ( and has).
Yes other reviewers right - huge health hazard, cables and extension sockets all over the place...I nearly tripped on one and one of the staff did. Dirty and ugh....wouldn't want to have any facials or waxing done there for sure.
Feel sorry for them really as they probably survive on selling on deal sites like groupon. BUT don't go there - my voucher was worth £85! The polished all peeled off in one big layer that evening! A joke!

i have been there twice for KGB wash cut and finish as well as Grouron manicure and pedicure and both experiances were really good , i was shocked about theses comments and i have seen all staff very profesional and friendly. i tried to call them all day on monday but no answer and then i found out the only day they are closed is monday and it is the advertising company's fault which didn't mention in the voucher , also i found them really polite and nice and will recommened them to all my friends and asking from all happy clients to write a review and share their good experiance too because if just unhappy client go and write a comment then is not faire for the business. .as i said i was really happy from both treatments and had very good time there and recommended it to every one

I had a Groupon voucher and after I called for 3 days I managed to get an appointment. I wanted to reschedule it and wasnt able to because there was no one answering the phone!!! When I finally got through to someone they said it was too late to reschedule because they need 24 hours notice and I had been calling since 2 days!! So frustrating ! the lady on the phone was very rude and said she cannot help me and it is not her fault if I miss the appointment. I just wanted to contribute to the huge amount of bad reviews from this place so people are aware not to go there.

This is the most unprofessional salon I have ever been to. Staff were rude and the salon was filthy, poorly fitted out and with lots of exposed wiring, felt like a health and safety hazard. Certainly not a nice environment for treatments. The manicure was terrible - very poor technique and felt like my nails were being butchered. Poor quality products and poor choice of colours. It was also completey pointless as by the evening the varnish had bubbled and started peeling off - my nails have not been the same since (are now cracked and dry and keep splitting) I've never experienced this is my life. Even if you have paid for a voucher I would strongly recommend not using it!!

This place is a shamble with unprofessional staff.
I had a manicure and pedicure voucher from Groupon and my experience was just terrible. I had to take the nail file out of the ladys hands to do it myself before she could ruin them any more.
Very disappointed!

This is absolutely the worst hair / beauty salon I have ever been to. I would not go back there if you paid me to (honestly). The staff were rude, the place is filthy dirty and run down, the level of service is shocking. I had a KGB voucher for a cut and finish. I arrived ten minutes late due to transport issues (tried calling repeatedly, no one answered the phone). Because I was late the staff were seriously unpleasant to me. I only wanted a quick trim - not as if I asking for a full hair re-style. They washed my hair with some kind of second rate product (afterwards hair was dull and lifeless), trimmed it and then refused to dry it (which was part of the service I had bought a KGB voucher for)!! Being a cold day I refused to leave without a blow dry - wet hair on my neck, not a good idea. As they were being so rude I said I would dry it myself if they didn't want to, at which point they begrudingly dried it so it was at least not soaking. All the while they just kept saying 'you were late, we are very busy'. I also had a brazillian wax while I was there - this was ok but the room they did it in had light fixtures with exposed wires hanging down from the roof (environment health hazard??) the room was filthy and paper cover on the bench looked like it had been used before. The applicators they used for the wax also looked like they had been used before. Disgusting!! I was close to running out then!

All in all a very stressful, negative experience - not what you expect when going for a pampering session. Their website is also seriously misleading.

Don't go here. Unless you have a groupon deal or something. If you do, be warned, extremely unprofessional. I went in for a facial and eyebrow threading- the lady forgot about me during my facial and I seriously considered leaving my room to go get her. Then they changed the eyebrow threading price on me- last time I went it was 7, the lady doing my facial said 6, and then I come outside and somehow its 10, apparently they changed their prices and they wouldn't honor what they originally quoted. Also, the lady doing my facial had no idea I was getting my eyebrows done. They obviously do not communicate. On the positive side, my eyebrows look good and my skin feels nice, but there ae lots of other, more professional, places that can do that too.
