I cannot advise enough against not working for the above company. They treat their agency employee's with very little respect. The Watford office will recruit agency employees and will not match you to roles that match your skills and experience.

To date, they do not provide you with an employee handbook so you can familiarise yourself with company policies and procedures. I have worked 20 years in the caring field and would have to say this is the worst agency that I have come across. Unprofessional and petty. If you raise a complaint against their conduct they do not take it constructively but will attempt to demean. Low pay, terrible communication and very disrespectful middle management.
