I was called into Reed Specialist in Baker Street to complete IT Tests recently (July 2010). I admit I was quite nervous. However, after a certain amount of time the Agency Worker spoke to me, I passed the Excel and Typing test, and although the Agency worker was pleased with the results, the Agency Worker told me he wouldn't be able to pass any of the tests himself anyway. Then with the typing test I was immediately told that the speed wasn't fast enough. I told him wouldn't the agency give me another test at another time to make sure the speed is faster. Apparently they don't do this. Another problem with an Agency, they do not ask if the person is used to using another program, perhaps 2007 and not 2003. Anyone who is used to using 2007 knows that 2003 has different keys, unless the Agency wouldn't know the difference anyway + it doesn't matter + who cares? Who can you talk to in the Agency about any IT queries - no-one?
