I agree with the other two comments, this agency is to be avoided. I worked one shift for them which - for some mysterious reason- they are refusing to pay me for. I was also told at the last minute that I couldn't work a shift I agreed to do, after waiting for an hour to begin work and having travelled across London. I cannot get them to do anything over the phone, and, having gone back to their office to try to sort the issue out and receiving the assurance of one of their staff that I would indeed be paid what I am owed, am now at a loss as to what I can do about it. Blue Arrow appear to be an exploitative and insincere company, making the most of the precarious position that many workers in London sadly find themselves in today. I would be very interested to hear if anyone else has a similar story.

This is not a good agency to be a part of anymore as they are unreliable with paying their staff.
They also have an uncaring attitude on the phone and you feel like if you dispute or question something which is completely unfair, you are doing something wrong and are expected to like it or lump it.
You are expected to turn up much earlier for shifts and are not paid from the time you arrive, more like from an hour and a half later or even two hours after checking in.
Sometimes they don't pay you properly even for the shifts you do, even if the managers keep you for longer.

Please do not use this agency. They don t pay. I have contacted them many times ( for over a month) to report that I was not paid for a shift I did and an answer was never given.
