Kelly Services have closed all but TWO London Branches. One would think that they would make an effort to please and more importantly "To Just do the Right Thing", but they don't!!!!
I suggest that Head Office call Victoria Branch or send someone there (under cover) and see how they get treated!
They may as well close the Company for what its worth! Head Office don't seem to care how their 2 remaining offices are run either!
Problems don't get fixed - they are left to fester! Even the Directors don't seem to care! I will NOT keep quiet about Kelly Services and I don't have a good word to say about them!

My experience with Kelly Services Victoria was not good. All their job ads in the windows are from 3 months ago: you know this, because the dates are still on it. Maybe their HQ are going to shut it, or merge it with another branch? When I went in to register, the office is huge, it was almost empty, and the consultant who interviewed me was obviously going through the motions. Went to Office Angels in Victoria instead.

The Company is as good as the staff it hires - and in this case - very disappointing! Total lack of confidentiality. All this could be made good by hiring and training their staff that provide a professional and consistant, dependable service.

Kelly Services are exceptionally unprofessional. They hardly ever return telephone calls, they are unreliable and totally transparent in their one way dealings. They neglect their temps and almost all requests are neglected. The good Consultants are there for a short time and leave and you are left with people that just don't seem to care as it is not them that needs a job - it is you!
Everything from sick pay to reference letters are completely messed up - from the top right down to branch level and their just does not feel that there is anyone within the company that you can turn to. I have yet to meet a Kelly Services temp that is happy with the way they have been treated.
