They do not confirm with employers that time-sheets have been authorised. Also when I called to ask what the problem was and why I had not been paid - although I had been assured a few days previously that I would be - the telephone manner of the advisor was quiet frankly appalling, reducing me to tears in the middle of my office. Having someone not listening to you, repeatedly saying the same thing over and over again, blaming you and being incredibly unsympathetic to the fact that THEY haven't paid you is not I think the way anyone should do business. I must say my worst agency experience
