This place is stuck in a 1970s time warp. It has archaic payment processes and no customer relationship management whatsoever. They do not even ask host families for feedback. They only will pay you by cheque and they ask you to come into to collect it! A lot of the time when you turn up the cheques aren't even ready. The cheques come out of a Coutts bank account but they refuse to have a direct debit payment system or bank transfer system, all in the name of saving money no doubt, but to the detriment of their relationships with their host family clients. Stay away from this prehistoric dungeon at all costs.
