The new venture is the brainchild of Amanda Ross, the Managing Director of Cactus TV, and is run in partnership with chef Michel Roux Jr, proprietor of London's renowned 2 Michelin star restaurant Le Gavroche. Michel is the son of Albert Roux, and part of the famous Roux family dynasty. With his trademark enthusiasm and energy, Michel has played an integral part in the creative and design process of Cactus Kitchens.
