Wacky Warehouse

I booked my daughter's party at Wacky Warehouse above Kiss me Hardy in Colliers Wood. I spoke to the stuff at the Wacky, read everything online and booked party+ balloons +facepainting. When I called the Wacky later to increase the number of children they told me that I also need to pay for the host if I want to have face painting. The fact that I paid for face painting didn't matter, the stuff and the manager kept saying that I need to pay for the host if I want to have face painting. I have a feeling that they deliberatly mislead about prices hopying to get more when one pays already.

I was unimpressed following my visit to the Wacky Warehouse in Merton, today. It is dirty, the decor is shabby and past it's sell-by date, The music is deafening and the staff are rude. I really feel sorry for the people who pay to have their kids party there. The food was served on broken plastic containers - makes me seriously wonder how broken plastic containers (at a kids party) can be safe/ properly cleaned after being used. At least it has helped me eliminate a party venue for the future.
