I had avoided the dentist for many years and finally plucked up the courage to request a call back from ADP via email. As promised they came back to me within 24 hours and I had an appointment set for the following week. Upon arrival, I found the staff to be warm and welcoming. I had barely finished filling in the form when the dentist was ready to see me. He actually introduced himself to me and it was a stress free examination. Afterwards he explained his findings clearly and gave me good advice and next steps. An incredibly positive experience all round!

Hi, I have been using this practise for over two years now and have found the dentist (JB) to be extremely efficient, caring and professional. I have recommended her to the rest of my family - who now also use the practise. Of my treatment, it has been the best that I have received in over 50 years.

This Dentist practice is the worst ever in London for customer service, unfriendly receptionists whom are rude and arrogant, the dentists keep on changing on a monthly basis. The worst experience I have ever had in London, would advise everybody to avoid at a costs and choose other dentists in Kentish Town. They can improve if they get rid of all there staff and get new people in.

I've been using ADP for about a year and I've never had any problems with them. I was briefly with the Camden Dental Centre who I was unimpressed by - bad atmosphere at the surgery, hurried treatment, unfriendly receptionist but ADP have been fine. Don't understand the previous terrible reviews. Not a perfect practicr but certainly worth more than 1/10!!

Used this Dentist for at least 10 years. Never again. Poor service, nightmare to get through to reception on phone(virtually impossible), the Dentist didn't even give me goggles or a bib when she cleaned my teeth leaving me drenched and blind; left the suction thing in my mouth when she left the room leaving me with an ulcer on my cheek. After she finished I stood there like an idiot while she chatted away with the assistant untll I asked 'are you done?'. Rude customer service, left infuriated and carelessly cared for teeth.

DREADFUL DENTIST!!
poor customer service - appts are only 5-10 mins usually, which means dentists often miss things and/or explain your options badly
i wouldnt use this dentist if you can possibly avoid it
Also a complete nightmare to get through on phones...
