I had a procedure done through the London Clinic on Weymouth Street and all I can say is that everyone there is your best friend .....until something goes wrong.
The Patient Co-ordinator refused to take my calls or return my messages. I finally had to call a colleague of hers who went and found her and forced her to speak to me. When I went to a follow-up appointment with complications I was told I had to pay more money. even though aftercare was meant to be included.
Their Patient Co-ordinator needs a serious attitude adjustment and some basic customer service training.
