**AVOID AT ALL COSTS** absolutely disgusting customer service. Booked in for London, told last minute it would be Birmingham. My mum had to take time off work and pay for a hotel in Birmingham over night as they refused to pay. When I came out of surgery I accidentally dropped my nurses call button. I was then left for over 4 hours without being sure if I could get out of bed to pick it up. Finally my night nurse came in and was shocked I had not been checked on and had not had any food. When I checked my boobs for the first time they looked massacred as if a 5 year old had completed the job. I then at a later date found out the implants were not "sitting right" I already knew this as they looked saggy and square. I've been booked to have them re done but I have little confidence in the hospital group. I've been so stressed and depressed. I've had to use my holiday days for the new surgery so I'm loosing money. **AVOID AT ALL COSTS**

I had a balloon fitted for 3 weeks I was sick and lost weight but after that there was no restrictions or difference and slowly put weight back on after speaking to hospital group they would change the original story I was told to speak to everyone else no one at hospital group would give me any answers it was always some one else’s job it was exspensive and a complete waist of time

I recently had a breast enlargement and chose to have it with the hospital group. My care cordanator was Brooke Lynette and my surgeon Sullaman Hussain. I couldnt be happier with my results and the way i was treated and cared for before my operation, during and my after care. Brooke was there for me through out to answer all my questions and doubts and made me feel so comfertable with everything even when i had doubts she made me feel so much better she was never pushy. It was so worth the money for everything i recived.could not fault it. Thank you Brooke and Mr. Hussain youve made me so happ

I had upper eye surgery 2 years ago at hammersmith and having a uplift with implants in two weeks at dolan park with them and if the results are anything like my eyes I will be thrilled.

the service was terrible from start to finish. i was left waiting for over an over just for an initial consultation, when i did meet the surgeon he seemed to have a poor understanding of what i was asking and had to call someone to translate for us. never even got a chance to discuss prices didn't feel confident proceeding with theses jokers.

I had a procedure done through the London Clinic on Weymouth Street and all I can say is that everyone there is your best friend .....until something goes wrong.

The Patient Co-ordinator refused to take my calls or return my messages. I finally had to call a colleague of hers who went and found her and forced her to speak to me. When I went to a follow-up appointment with complications I was told I had to pay more money. even though aftercare was meant to be included.

Their Patient Co-ordinator needs a serious attitude adjustment and some basic customer service training.

I had the gastric band with The Hospital group,I had been panicking about the procedure but the staff are absolutely amazing, they made me feel at ease and I felt much better. They're always there for help and got me through the procedure and the after-care perfectly, absolutely love every visit to the clinic

I had a tummy tuck and lipo to the abdominal area at Bromsgrove on July 27th 2009 and i am a diabetic. Prior to surgery i had to go to london for consultations and post op i came back to this office, staff are stunning, freindly and still polite even if you are rude becasue your hours later due to a major incidence beyond your control!!!!!! I was seen straight away and soon made to feel at ease despite my pain....
