Number 6 Harley street absolute awful service -
Never have I been called so many times regarding one appointment , then changed appointment £25 for first appointment with young girl with no medical background, then 100 for consultation which in my opinion should have been on first visit - was told would be first client of the day only to be left 40 minutes waiting, asked for glass of water & was told no sorry shop is up the road and round the corner you really couldn’t make this up - they don’t answer or rerun calls , I have demanded a refund as I ended up leaving and did not get seen , but I definitely will not be handing over Thousands of pounds to this unprofessional company , if they treat people like this at the first instance would dread to think how they woukd behave during or after a major surgery

Terrible service and absolutely no customer loyalty!! I have been using them for laser hair removal for years now and whilst their service has never been great, it has become even worse in the last year. They have such a high staff turnover rate that there is no consistency and I have never had the same therapist more than twice. They are constantly finding new ways to get more money out of me and keep changing their policies and definition of what’s included in my package. The way they treat their customers is appalling! I will not be going back!

I will never not recommend harley medical group as they are a con and want your money.

I had side effects with the creams I used and called the team everyday to ask for an appointment and no one cared. Wasted £525 on products and I was left on my own. Very rude staff will never use them again

I went to 6 Harley Street for a breast reduction with surgeon Mark Solomos.
I received great care and attention from start to finish!
The nurses were always willing to answer any questions etc before the procedure date and afterwards during my recovery.
My surgeon Mark Solomos was amazing, he was super confident and calming and had great character. He has done a fantastic job and really listened to what I wanted.
My op was at Highgate Hospital where the staff were as equally as attentive and caring, and made me feel at ease throughout the whole day. I was able to go home that evening, and after a couple days of pain and discomfort, it was all up hill!
I am recovering well, and luckily have had no complications in the healing.
Sarah Pierson at 6 Harley Street has to be the most skilled and professional nurse I received care from. On my 3rd week of check ups she removed any unnecessary stitching which the nurse the previous 2 weeks had just left. I now feel better

I've not even had my treatment yet but already wish I'd gone elsewhere. PIP replacement client. There are 'priority' appointments for full fee paying clients, that us second class patient's are excluded from booking. Dreadful already.

go elsewhere, honestly. I went there with an issue which was very personal to me but once the Harley Medical Group had my money, they honestly didn't care. to much to list as to why I was unsatisfied so I implore you, don't go there. I wish I never did. would give them 0 stars if I could.

After taking my money for a minor cosmetic operation, they messed up my appointments with the surgeon, (the appointment I had been given in writing "wasn't on their system", and a hastily rescheduled appointment wasn't communicated to the surgeon, so he had gone home when I arrived). I made two wasted journeys into Harley St. and was told it would be difficult to reschedule as he was a "celebrity surgeon" with a lot of clients to see. They kept me waiting an unacceptably long time for nurse appointments, too. I am waiting for a refund but they are wanting to charge part of the fee.

Word of advice. DO NOT GO THERE! I booked an appointment for cosmetic surgery to remove a disfiguration. After my first appointment I didn't receive an email/letter informing me of my surgery date, just a phone call a week before the date telling me to 'get prepared'. However I had made other arrangements that meant I would be out of the country. Instead of a sincere apology, some blame was put on me!
This is one of the rudest companies I have dealt with. The nurse was abrupt and passive aggressive. I decided to lose the £500 deposit rather than give this uncaring business any more money.

Went in for laser hair removal. Had 6 sessions and now completly hair free! after reading the reviews above i was a bit skeptical, but took advantage of the promotion they had on at the time and im glad i did. staff were really friendly and made me feel comfortable and the treatment worked. so cant fault them or it!only given them an 8 as they were a little pricey for me, but with the offers they have on i suppose it doesnt matter? just have to wait for them

Terrible terrible company, great service before they take your money off you but afterwards they are the most unhelpful and rude company I have ever had to deal with! I have pip implants and am having them replaced by a different company as I can not bare to give harley medical anymore of my money. You would think they were a reputable company but they are not. I would advise everyone to steer clear.

DO NOT GO THERE!!! Awful customer Service!!
Ripped off prices, disgusting customer service. I went there for blepharoplasty surgery. Initial consultation was a nightmare. First appointment was in Chiswick. I went there and waited 25 min to be seen by doctor. The following appointment was at Harley street, I went there and the nurse wasn’t available, so they insisted that I have to go to other clinic in the City. I went there and had an appointment with the nurse, but they forgot to take a payment for operation. I’ve been asked to come to Harley street again. Finally all get sorted for the operation. Operation was fine and the doctor and stuff were quite helpful and nice. 2 month later I went for post operation appointment with the doctor. I was late and receptionist told me to wait and that the doctor will see me in quite soon. Then she disappears and another lady took her place behind the desk. I was waiting for 1,5 hours and finally I was told that doctor went home and I need to come tomorrow for my appointment.
It costs me 3.800 GBP. DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!

All I can say is DO NOT go to the Harley Medical Clinic for PPx skin treatment. I went in to treat a brown spot on my face but it did nothing. When I told them a week later that there was no change, they told me that I would need another 4-6 treatments to see any result. At the initial consulation, the nurse made it seem like my brown spot was easy to remove and booked me for a single treatment. She even told me that they were having a special offer but I had to pay right then to take advantage of the offer. When I checked back a couple of month later, the offer was still available. I feel like they are only after your money and don't care much about their client's needs. I am absolutely disappointed in the way they conduct their business. In the beginning when they wanted my business, they called, texted, and emailed me non-stop. Once I went in and paid for my treatment in advance, they didn't bother reminding me to come in for my treatment. Not only that, when called again 2 weeks after the treatment, they said the nurse who treated me would call me back but she never did. I wasted my money and am glad I read other people's reviews because I almost paid for another 4-6 treatments. I would not recommend Harley's Medical Group to anyone.

I am being treated for Laser hair removal and i am surprised by comment's i've seen here. I go regularly - once a month - and always see the same lady. she is really friendly and always remembers me. I have had laser removal on my bikini line, underarms and top lip and i cannot rave about it enough. now i am saving up to get my legs done!

Do not go to the Harley Medical Clinic for PPx skin treatment. I paid for 6 sessions to treat spots caused by the sun. After only two treatments I was left with three scars, one of which is on my neck. They have discontinued treatment and will reimburse 100% of the cost. I've been left worse off than when I went in.

I went to Harley Medical Group trusting that although I would be paying much more I would get the best results, I was totally let down. I have facial pigmentation and I paid £600 for 6 sessions of microdermabrasion and fruit acid peel. The treatment made no difference at all and I was very dissapointed. What was worse was that I was not told that the treatment might not work, I was told that I would "definately" be pleased with the results. I have since found out that the treatment could very likely have made the visibility of the pigmentation worse. I also have been to a clinic that were able to differentiate pigmentation caused by sun damage or hormones and so are able to recommend "appropriate" treatment. Harley Medical could not do this. Their clinic set up looks very proffessional but at the end of the day staff wearing nurses outfits doesn't make them more knowledgeable. I did complain and they merely suggested I try laser treatment although if the pigmentation is not caused by sun damage then it could make it worse. Other than that two different staff suggested further courses of the same treatment. I just felt that they were trying to make more money for the business and luckily I didn't go ahead with more of their treatment as it could very well have made it worse.
Anyone with the same problem do not waste your money.

The Laser hair removal Service did not work for me at all. I saw many different nurses throughout the process, when really it is ideal to see one nurse throughout the course so they can effectively monitor your progress. Overall, I would not advise this service, as after the friendly consultation, you are on your own and the courtesy really stops there.
