Had a mani and pedi shellac for £58 at Creative Nails yesterday.
3 nails chipped this morning and I havnt even been anywhere!
Went back to shop this morning and said I should’ve booked in or called.
They done filler on chipped area,didn’t speak to me,apologise.
They were obviously annoyed they couldn’t make any more money out of me.
Don’t go here,try somewhere else where they appreciate their customer’s.
Obviously get a lot of custom from local trendy’s and feel the need to be welcoming.

Hurry up and come back from maternity leave my excellent woman who comes to my home and charges much less.

I regularly visit Creative Nails .They are the best I have had done in London after sampling multiple places. They manage to get the acrylic super thin and yet it never breaks/cracks/chips even when I am putting my hands through it with my job! The paint finish is always good plus the girls are all lovely! Definitely recommend it for any nail needs!

I've been getting nail extensions for 6 years and this i by far the best place to get it done. Quick, well done and friendly. You wont find better.

I always go to this place, almost once every 4 to 6 weeks for a manicure - and pedicure when I have time. Although I no longer live by hoxton I travel back to creative nails for the quality of the service, it's kind and professional staff and extremely reasonable prices. Despite its popularity this place always seems to have booking times available which is a plus!

I went here for a mani/pedi using regular nail varnish, it lasted ages and did not chip for about 2 weeks and even then it was only one nail, I was very happy with that and felt it was great value. I'll be going back for sure.

I went there some weeks ago for my new shellac. It was the first time I have been there and got to say I was quite satisfied. I had amazing shellac that lasted for more than 2 weeks. And the staff there were quite friendly, we talked a lot and I did have a good time there. Recommend

I must say that the nail shop is very clean and well presented with two members of staff that offer a good level of customer service. However, the quality of their treatments are not good. You may find that your nail polish or shellac may chip within a few days which made me think maybe they use fake shellac in an authentic shellac bottle.

However the prices are good so if you need a quick fix with very little quality this is the place for you.

Since this place is under a new management it's so amazing. I had my nails done 2 weeks ago and just about to book another visit. The girls are incredibly professional and careful. Thank you for the great advice on my colour. Very happy with the quality and service. Delyana
