Banstead Nails

My daughter had acrylic nails put on with them and when they did it they cut her cuticle so badly it wouldn’t stop bleeding.(still bleeding when she got home!).. apparently. instead of being concerned for her, she said all the guy could do was complain she got blood on the gel.. generally very rude unprofessional and hurt her as they were rough.
In contrast I took her to Crystal Nails in Epsom as I wanted her to try someone different (she wanted them removed as she got pins and needles in her fingers a lot) and Crystal nails were very gentle and fantastic. Will not be returning to Banstead Nails and have found a much better alternative!!..suggest we locals vote with our feet then maybe they might improve.

I have been coming to this salon for the past year and have been a loyal customer. However, today I had the worst experience. I sat down to get my nails done and within 1 minute the staff member started huffing and puffing, rushing me to choose a colour and became very rude. He started getting angry and raising his voice at me in front of the other customers in the salon. I left horrified. Definitely will not be going back or recommending.

Very rude and judgemental staff but most importantly poor nail technicians. Do NOT go here, much better nail bars down the road in Epsom.

Cheap salon but that brings it down. No customer service. Some of the ladies do not speak English and do not understand what file them straight means, so its pot luck. Nails are ok, never fantastic and never properly finish the edges or tidy them up when repainting, so they end up chipping or breaking really quickly. Its a case of pile them in and get them out quick.

If you're looking for spa treatment this isn't the right place, don't expect a cup of tea or welcoming banter.
But if u want to nip in somewhere and get fast service and leave with fabulous looking nails then this is the right place for you! I run a spa and choose to get my nails done here! Its great value and I'm never disappointed.

Brought in loads of customers to the nail bar and go myself ! %100 customer retention in my eyes ! amazing ! Improvements are to make a website so we can look at the prices when advertising the shop
