Nail Studio

I have been coming to this nail salon for about 3 years. It was because there were technicians who did a good job and they were friendly towards clients.
This has changed recently. The booking system is a mess. It happened to me a few times that after booking an appointment I came to the salon to find out that my technician was with another customer and my booking was made for another day or not at all.
Also, some staff are unpleasant to be around. There is no smile, no thank you if a customer leaves a tip, they do not arrive on time to work (on Sunday I had to wait 10 min for a technician, my appointment was at 11am). The length of my nails was uneven after the manicure. I think the management should review the quality of service provided.

This nail studio was one of the best of its kind in London until a recent fire means it still remains closed much to the delight of other substandard salons that operate in the area. One of the reasons this salon works and operates high standards is that nail technicians are of all nationalities and all of them speak perfect English. Most the salons that operate in this area speak their own language amongst themselves when they are giving a treatment - I dont like this and neither do a lot of my colleagues. It is plain rude and disrespectful to the clients the technicians are highly trained.

Manicurist are not qualified . If they are doing Shellac nails is ok , but gel nails look awful ! quality of the nails they do it's very poor !!!!
! Trying to take as many customer they can , there is no quality service .. For the service you get price is not worth ..

Won't recommend to go there ..

I would not recommend this place at all !! After 3 years coming here in every 2 weeks I'm hugely disappointed with the service! The lady who is one of the owner is rude and arrogant! She needs to improve on her attitude!! There are plenty nail places around this salon and I don't think they can afford to loose business because the way they treat their clients ... I WONT GO BACK !!!!

I have used many beauty salons and I must say this one has to be one of the best.. staff were so professional but also very friendly. I was made to feel so comfortable and welcome right from the beggining and just loved my treatments! I had a massage and my nails done.. i will definately be going there again for a spray tan and a facial!

First off, this salon is a fresh reminder that good salons exist ! I went there for manicure and pedicure with no appointment and they accommodated me. The staff is friendly, nice atmosphere. I will be returning

I got acrylic full set done. Within 24 hours a nail cracked. The receptionist said it's because the nails are too long, so I asked them to shorten them and she said they can fix the nail and shorten for £10!!! What? Then... I repaired the nail and changed the shape at Another nail shop and paid. Within another 24 hours another nail cracked!!!! Terrible terrible service and bad bad advise. The nails cracked because they didn't put them on properly. They refused to help me and bad service.

I am really really disappointed.
I told them I wanted acrylic permanent nails and and after 1 day the white french splintered off my nails and I could remove it with a normal nail polish remover. so nothing permanent at all.
When I told them what had happened they just said it must be a misunderstanding and I wouldn't get my money back.In addition to that the chef was very unfriendly.

They really should think about a better customer service and employ people who understand English and know their prices.

Receptionist is unpleasant and the technician made my cuticles sore! Best thing about the place is the massage chairs!

I would like to recommend this plays to all who like a professional servises.Girls who works in there doing a very good job.There is a nice atmosphere

I have recently started going to this Nail Studio and have found it very pleasant and clean, the receptionist that helped me this morning with my appointment was delightful,all the ladies are very friendly and I would definetely recomment them.

The lady at reception needs to hugely improve her attitude regarding customer service. She is unwilling to make any adjustments for customer satisfaction and does not value custom at all, she is rude and unreasonable and comes across as couldnt care less about what you as a customer experience.
