Best manicure ever. Ruby Nails helped me grow my nails with SND manicure after I have bite and picked them for over 40 years. I am delighted. The manicure easily lasts 3 weeks and often more. I highly recommend them for their attention to detail and thoroughness. Treat yourself. You will not regret it.

Very good quality nails. Quyle (sorry if I’ve spelt it wrong), the owner, very helpful and talented, so is her husband. I used to have acrylic in other salons, which damaged my nails terribly, they recommended SNS, which I have had three times now, and they look so natural with a huge range of colours. My real nails are improving with this product and they last longer. No lifting or loosing nails, two weeks and they are still there just longer.
The salon is always busy, but they will always make time to fit you in. If it’s busy then it speaks for itself.
The best manicure ever. I am from Barcelona and from now on I will spend a while in Ruby nails every time I come to London. Very good job for very good price , and all the team are very kind. They made manicure become an art.
One of the best I've been to in Central London - takes a little longer than expected but they do a really good job with great attention to detail at a fantastic price!
If you don't make an appointment then expect a long wait as it's really popular and with good reason. They do a fantastic job - however busy they are there is great attention to detail and nothing is missed. They do a top job.
Ive been going to Ruby Nail for nearly 2 years now. The team are really professional, friendly and i always love my shellac manicure and pedicure - i wouldnt go anywhere else in the local area!
Not friendly at all, I dare say rude, maybe I was unlucky with the wrong persons in a bad day, I really do not know but poor experience indeed. Further I had to make my nails earlier than usual , obviously in another place
It is a shame, it could have been nice to have a place in the area
I have been to this salon twice and both times the service was good and my nails look beautiful. Waiting time is long but worth it, and the prices are good.
I have lived in Bermondsey my whole life and have been coming to Ruby Nails for many years. The service is great and the staff are all so lovely. I always have a good experience when coming fortnightly to get my nails done and I would definitely recommend this nail salon. xxx
Don't bother making an appointment they don't stick to it and will still put walk in customers before you. When questioned why I am still waiting at 6.30 for a 5.30 appointment the rude lady told me they are too busy now come back tomorrow and I should have told her I had an appointment, even though i advised i had a 5.30 appointment when i walked in. Worst service ever. Only gave a 1 star rating as I couldn't give a 0

I agree with the previous comment - the staff are rude. Even though the service is cheap I'd look elsewhere, as experience is thoroughly joyless. Don't bother making an appointment as they will completely ignore it and you, keeping you waiting for ages past the time you have arranged. Steer clear!
Terrible service, I have visited a few times over the last year and each time it gets worse! There is no point making an appointment with them as they won't keep them. They keep you waiting for hours, don't keep you updated on how much longer it will be or apologize for any delay. Prices are reasonable if the service had some sort of standard. I would recommend trying other salons in the neighborhood as this one is just not worth your time.
Recently moved into the area and came across this place when I was looking for a new nail salon.
They are always super busy at the weekends and evenings but usually because it's worth the wait and they stay open late 7 days/week. they also have a loyalty card for regulars.
The price is very competitive and the service is really good and all the technicians are very competent and give you a great manicure. I usually find that we have a good banter as well and they are never rude about the fact that I want quirky things done or that I want things done in a specific way.
As they're the only nail bar on Tower bridge road, conveniently located, they're busy. Manicures and pedicures are fine. Competitive price. However, the owner is usually very rude, so it takes the pleasure out of feeling pampered. Visited a handful of times this year, when my regular nail technician is on holiday or ill, and usually brace myself for rude service.
