Just got my nails filled at American Nails in Putney, couldn't get home fast enough to write this review. I had an older asian man fill my nails, and repair one. As soon as I sat down at the table, i knew it was a mistake. The man had a bad attitude, which got worse when I opted for the cheaper of the two fills offered. He can't speak english, his wife is a translator.... My repaired nail doesn't even look like a human nail, and the acrylic completely doesn't match the rest of my nails. The man was rushing through my fill, and there was no one even waiting. I was in and out in UNDER 15 minutes, with a fill and a repair. At the few other nail shops I go to, it takes nearly an hour for just a fill.
I guess I remember why I drive all the way to the other side of town to get my nails done. I'll NEVER return to American Nails in Putney... even if its FREE!
Pros: Great place if you like ugly nails
Cons: Crappy quality
