Pretty Nails

I have used this salon for over 10 years. However my daughter and I have left due the rudeness of a particular female that works in the shop. Customer service has deteriorated which is a real shame. I now use another nail salon where the service is much better and venue brighter and cleaner.

Although their english is not the best, the staff here are great at what they do, they make one of the best nails and do take their time.

i have read the other reviews and i strongly disagree with the 1 star reviews, i don't think they went to the same shop, i believe they talk like that because their English is not perfect but they are very friendly and look after you throughout the time you're getting served.

i travel from camden, to get my nails done here, as i love the staffs very much.

They do not have signs saying cash only! They were rude, abrupt and completed destroyed my nails.

I recommend that nobody ever uses them.

It is a disgusting grubby place / it's soo dirty I don't even think they clean their nail equipment - the staff are awfully rude and ask you to pick a color with an attitude and if ur thinking and trying to choose a color they say ARE YOU DONE? (strongly) then I don't have all day!! It's a bad experience going there, they have this horrible girl who works there she walks around mouthing and cursing all over with a bad attitude and no one wants to be served by her!! I mean is that even right for a shop to operate like this!! Their prices are reasonable but it's not much of a difference than other near by shops prices - plus I would prefer to pay the extra 2pounds rather than get a disease by the uncleaned nail equipments.

This place is the best yet, the service is great and the price is so cheap compared to others, me and my friends come every week to get many and pedy done!!!!
