Got a shellac manicure & pedicure done here within 4 days 8 of my finger nails had chipped (badly too) and 4 of my toes chipped I went in to get them fixed which they did and didn’t charge for however 4 days passed again and the ones that had been fixed chipped again! Called them up only to be screamed at down the phone and was told it’s my fault for several reasons
- I wash my hands to much apparently
- I have showers & wash my hair
- I have a baby
- I walk and they could chip on something.
I was told I wouldn’t be able to get my money back for a service I paid for and expected to last longer than 4 days.
I was told if I come in today she would fix but I have my two children to look after and then go to work and her response was sort time out in your life get someone to watch your children it’s not my problem.
NEVER in my life have I had such a bad experience from a nail salon and will NEVER return here and I recommend you don’t either!!

Open on a Sunday for a great Shellac finish. I left with extra glossy and beautiful nails.
