Nails are done beautifully. I am a kind of satisfied.
But the lady who takes appointments and does payment is very unpleasant and rude. She makes private phone calls in Chinese very loudly all the time and her English is not understandable. No smile and complaining.

Worse application of acrylic nails in 30 years. Worst nail salon in London. Dirty salon and staff are very unpleasant and rude. Inflated prices.
